Why Counselling?

 

Sometimes life is just overwhelming - often we know what the root cause of the problem is and occasionally we don't.   Perhaps you have had a realisation that coping on your own isn't working and talking to someone else could help.  Whatever the reason you have landed on my page today, I hope it gives you an insight into what I do.

How will counselling help?

Hello, I'm Fi and I'm a person centred talking therapist based in SW London and the above list names just a few of the day to day problems we encounter.  I aim to provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to explore what is going on with you. You will have a private, comfortable and peaceful space to speak about your concerns and rather than offer advice I work collaboratively with you to make sense of your world and explore ways of making positive changes.  No issue is too small and I work in both the short and long term at a pace guided by you.
