Why work online or by phone?

 

Since the global pandemic in 2020 it has become more common place for people to work work online and this is also true for therapy.   In addition to in-person sessions, I have been working on the platform Zoom since the pandemic and can work solely in this way or in a more hybrid fashion.  Online therapy can have many benefits including:

​

* access for people confined to their homes for example by issues such as anxiety or by physical restrictions

​

* individuals who travel regularly for business or leisure but wish to maintain a regular course of couselling

​

* offering an alternative for people who can't seek help outside business hours and perhaps wish to do during a lunch hour

​

Whatever your reason for seeking therapy via these alternative means all you need is a phone, computer or tablet (with wifi access) and a safe private space.
